The new S-Economy is based on 3 principles:
1. The business-model has to serve common good
2. Value is to be measured and created on 7 levels (earth, material, processes, emotional, communication, knowledge, common good)
3. Business-model has to be systemic, meaning using resources of its ecosystem from stakeholders, answering their needs.
Why S for S-Economy ?
Serve: your project should serve common good.
Satisfaction: everybody in and around your project should be happy and satisfied about it.
Stakeholder: your ecosystem is your stakeholders model – who are they , what assets do they have in abundance , what do they need ? Give and take…
Sensible: it should be meaningful, sensible, purposeful.
Sensitive: you should be feeling what’s going on around you, what agendas are alive, who wants what, what is the inner state of people around you, what are the signals coming from the environment important for your project.
Skill: develop yours on constant basis, learn everywhere and with everybody.
Say: communicate a lot, talk and aks questions, and learn to listen…
State-of-the-art: look for the best thinking, the best technology, the smartest models around on the planet.
Self (-esteem, -confidence, -conscious, -drive, -knowledge, -respecting): it all starts with you, how good you are connected to your talents and potential. Never stop developing yourself.
Systemic: non-linear, circular, open to the world, like a spiderweb, your project is interconnecing several players with resources and needs.
Scan: check what you have as assets, on 7 levels (see 7D-Value), and everything you need, your liabilities. Make a full scan on what exists in your area, worldwide – be an opinion leader in your field.
Scarcity: stop thinking that resources are scarce, but look where they are in abundance, and make original deals to get them on board of your project.
Sustainable: don’t waste resources and people, recycle materials and people in value-added processes for you and for them.
Shake: please shake old beliefs, blow the old dust off, dare to come with totally new approaches, shock people with smart and fun concepts.
Spiritual: connects people with mother earth, with “consciousness”, with higher purpose.
Sharp: be sharp in all you do, don’t leave open ends.
Small: dare to make small models, everything you can do in small can be done in big.
Smart: think differently, open your mind and heart, you project should have at least one “smart” twist to be able to rize out of the “grey mass” of mediocrity.
Story: tell your venture as a nice story. It catches neurons and brandmarks emotionally.
Smooth: don’t force too much – if it blocks everywhere, take time for introspection for yourself, and rethink your project model.
Stoop: dare to do simple things which do not add status, but which can anchor you, humbly, even more into the added value of your venture
Snatch: dare to jump on opportunities. Don’t miss the train !
Strong: develop your resilience to be able to cope with hard times, anchor yourself into your health, in nature.
Stubborn: don’t loose faith in your dream, dare to keep on following your deepest true intention.
Snooker: make indirect moves, create collateral value through second and third levels.
Straight: be authentic, coherent, ethical – don’t cheat, lie or steal ; but if you do, accept that sooner or later it will come out and all your efforts will be wasted and don’t complain.
Shift: think on a higher level, systemically, shift consciousness and go from 2D to 3D. Don’t stick onto models which are already dead.
Sharing: share the created value with others, don’t keep everything for yourself – cause you’ll end up alone and bored.
Simple: pleeese, keep, it simple – bringing something complex in a simple way is true intelligence. People pay for that.
Silence: sometimes take time for yourself and for your team… in silence. It brings new inspiration and connexion.
Sixth sense: trust and follow your intuition.
Serendipity and synchronicity: trust events like they come – nothing comes for nothing. Be grateful for encounters, for “chance”, even for destructive forces – because every time something new will emerge.
Scale: everything new you develop should be scalable – teach others, export new thinking.
Spark: when you come with your new concepts and projects – if you see the spark of light into people’s eyes, then you’re on the right track.
Scheme: draw your stakeholders model, your processes, your systemic loops, paint your project “tree”, your values in images, your story. Images have more impact that text.
Suggestion: work in collective intelligence with your teams (internal), and with your stakeholders (external) – there is value for you everywhere and with everybody. Don’t be snobish. Keep the intention well alive.
Scoop: surprize with your new idea, pull people out of their boring day-to-day business. Mark their neurons and their hearts with images and mobilizing concepts.
Scout: dare to explore, to test, to enter totally new fields of creation.
Subscribe: enter into communities, create strong communities around your project
Search: don’t stop searching for new ways to proceed, to allocate resources, to ally with people and organisations, to share knowledge and learn from people in front and in the back.
Seed: your idea is a seed for a new world – nurture it, water it, till it can be planted in full earth. A baobab seed is soooo small, so, patience….
Shit: learn to deal with shit. It can be turned into fertilizer – it’s just just up to you.
Soaring: well articulated, your venture should grow quickly – don’t wait for 10 years to create value. A smart systemic model should be sustainable in less han 12 months.
Social: it should create value for people, wherever you are.
Societal: it should create value for society.
Solid: the systemic dimension will give a new strength to your projects, and take the vulnerability of “the old world” away.
Safe: your business will be much safer and secure, because founded on values, on authentic partnerships, on communities. Fear will go away little by little…
Stressless: stress will go away, a new healing peace will be born inside you and inside your teams.
Segment: you will open totally new segments of business areas, closed up to now because we were blind to them. Your inner magic alive will enable those and create meaningful value for all participants.
Salvation: and eventually, all together, caring for each other a little more, caring for our planet and for common good – even a little – we solve our historical challenges one by one.
Smile: the bottom line, happy people.
