3 types of extrapreneurs for disruptive innovation

To enable disruptive innovation, an activity needs 3 very different types of entrepreneurial profiles:

1. The creative extrapreneur:

(S)he develops the business case, validate it, test it, make deals with stakeholders, calibrate the DNA of the project, detect and measure the new created value

2. The business developer extrapreneur:

(S)he sells the venture to all stakeholders, develop the business, build new cash flow.

3. The manager extrapreneur:

(S)he manages the new venture, organises new processes, hires new resources, develops the network, leverages the value created.

Who are you ?
